Water Fans

I don’t know about you, but working out in a pool sounds perfect! You can always do exercises using your own body, but water fan paddles are an excellent addition to your workout gear. They help increase muscle strength and tone.

For the record, the larger the paddle, the more difficult the exercise. So keeping several sizes handy is an excellent option.

For best results, use the water fan as extension of your hand. One of the exercises you can do with them is a water bicep curl. To do this, you simply start by holding one paddle in each hand with your arms relaxed in front of your body. Flex your elbows, and bring the paddles towards your shoulders. And remember, the faster you do them, the higher the difficulty.
