NDPA's Seal of Safer Pool Practices

The NDPA, aka the National Drowning Prevention Alliance, has a new program, the Seal of Safer Pool Practices, that provides practice guidelines for public pools. It’s purpose is to promote water safety and drowning prevention.

The Seal program’s goal is to help public pool operators provide a safer pool experience. Public pools include hotel pools, motels, apartments, water parks, colleges, and more. ¬†With the program, the NDPA is intended to help reduce the risks and liabilities associated with water-related incidents.

Included in the Seal of Safer Pool Practices is a list of 7 objectives and 30+ benchmarked guidelines based on national safety standards for public aquatic facilities.

Contact the NDPA for more information on this incredible program.
