- Location of the part if applicable
Let’s say for example, that an o-ring on your filter is damaged. Simply telling us you have an Astral filter isn’t going to cut it. We need more information.
If you have an Astral Millennium Side Mount Filter, we need to know that. We also need to know where the O-ring is located because occasionally there are several different o-rings on a filter.
There are instances where it is impossible to tell the name, model, or any other information due to a faded label. In these cases, a picture does speak louder than words.
Whether we get the information from you or a picture, it is necessary for us to know everything we can about the part being replaced to ensure you’re purchasing the correct part.
