Is Your Body Dehydrated

Dehydration is easy to reverse but is commonly overlooked. It can even cause a person’s death if they become severely dehydrated.

Several symptoms include:

  • Headache
  • Irritability
  • Weakness
  • Sugar Cravings/ Salt Cravings
  • Dizziness
  • Dark Urine
  • Dry Mouth
  • Nausea
  • Vomiting

If you experience any of these, the cure might be as simple as drinking more water!

Drinking water is the best option to stay hydrated, but there’s more to keep in mind:

  • Make sure to stay hydrated during and after exercise
  • Drink pure, high quality water whenever possible*

*High quality water is mineral rich water. Several types are well water, natural spring water, artesian/spring water, and mineral water. If you choose to drink tap water, it’s recommended to use a high quality water filter.
