AquaBiking Cycling Under Water

Cycling is know to be great for your legs and abs, which is something I need to get into! What I don’t like about cycling is how hot you get and the fact that the seat hurts after awhile, it hurts me at least since I haven’t ridden a bicycle in years. There’s now a new way to cycle, it’s called Aquabiking and you do it underwater!

Aquabiking is a virtually pain free way to exercise, your muscles will get sore since they’re being worked out, but that’s normal.Without the pain, it is definitely more enjoyable.

Besides being excellent for your abs and legs, Aquabiking:

  • Strengthens the lymphatic and venous system
  • Fights gains water retention & cellulite
  • Causes a water movement that massages your butt, legs, thighs, and lower belly
  • Can burn between 300-500 calories per session
