Pentair PacFab Pool Filter Grids

The Pentair PacFab FNS and FNS Plus DE Pool Filter Grids are an 8 piece set of curved grids. There are 7 full grids and 1 partial grid, which is slightly narrower than a full size grid. These Super-Pro , Unicel and/or Filbur  grids can also be used with the following filters: American Products 5000 Series, American Products Titan CM, American Products Titan RMP, American Products Titan Stainless Steel, Astral 18047 Clarity DE Filter, Hayward Micro-Clear DE, Hayward Pro Grid, Jandy DEL 60 DE Filters, Pac Fab FNS (Nautilus FNS Polymeric), Pac Fab FNS Plus, Pac Fab NS (Nautilus), Pac Fab NSP (Nautilus Plus), Pentair Pool Products 5000 Series, Pentair Pool Products FNS (Nautilus FNS Polymeric), Pentair Pool Products FNS Plus, Pentair Pool Products NS (Nautilus), Pentair Pool Products NSP (Nautilus Plus), Pentair Pool Products Titan CM, Pentair Pool Products Titan RMP, Pentair Pool Products Titan Stainless Steel, Sta-Rite, Waterway Plastics Crystal Water. The 48 sq ft grids are 24” tall and the 60 sq ft grids are 30” tall.

These Pentair PacFab Pool Filter Grids are used to hold up the diatomaceous earth or DE powder, which filters the water. To help with efficient filtration and ensure longer lasting grids, it is highly recommended to clean at the beginning and the end of pool season, as well as every three months for longer lasting grids. If the grids aren’t cleaned, the DE powder will not stick to the grid. This will result in clogging of the powder and the water will not be filtered correctly. It is also recommended to backwash every month or as needed to keep your pool functioning properly and looking great.

Pentair Pool Filters

The Pentair FNS Plus DE Pool Filter is made of fiberglass reinforced polypropylene material that is resistant to corrosion and chemicals. It has superior strength and reliability to ensure a long life for your filter. The filter has a convenient one-at-a-time grid servicing/service-ease grid pack. It is factory tested with a top-to-bottom backwash. The diatomaceous earth (DE) filtering removes debris as small as 5 microns, as well as trapping more dirt with their curved, vertical grids, which are very easy to remove. This results in longer periods between cleaning and simplifies maintenance.

Other great qualities of the Pentair pool filters are the high flow manual air relief valve, tension control clamp, black valves and plumbing, 1 ½ “ bottom clean out port, 7 ½ “ centerline bulkhead fittings, and an internal design that ensures optimum filtration and backwashing efficiency.

Robarb Super Blue Pool Water Polisher

This is Austin, from Pogue Pool Spa, talking about Super Blue Water
Polisher.

This is a highly concentrated formula that clarifies your pool and reduces
the build-up of particles in your pool water. Very easy to use; just 1
ounce per 5,000 gallons, or if you have extra-murky water, you’re going to
want to crank that up to 2 ounces for 5,000 gallons. Dilute the Super Blue
in a bucket with water and walk around the perimeter of your pool, pouring
it in slowly. Run the filter for 8 hours and vacuum after, or after 4 to 12
hours after a shock or algaecide treatment. Super Blue is safe, and it
works with all sanitizer systems that you may have in your pool.

Pool Perfect PhosFree Pool Chemical

This is Austin. We’re looking at Natural Chemistry’s Pool Perfect Plus
PhosFree today. What this is going to contain is a broad spectrum of
enzymes that leaves your water leaving silky and soft, as well as
eliminating organic stains and surface oils that you may have in your pool.

Before using this, you’re going to want to test your levels and make sure
that your chlorine is under 5 parts per million and your phosphate level is
under 100. Maintenance is very easy in this; you’re just going to shake the
bottle and pour out 1 capful. It’s going to treat 8,000 gallons of water,
and you can pour it directly into the skimmer. You can sit back and watch
your water quality improve and enjoy it. Thanks.
